Fitness for Aging
Our Pilates Private program for aging has an emphasis on balance training, muscle and joint tonus improvement and maintenance, as well as therapeutic exercise and is designed for men and women aged 65+ years old with and without previous training experience.
Follow a gentle, progressive, safe and engaging Pilates program created specifically for you by our experienced trainers and aided by award-winning STOTT PILATES® equipment.
If you prefer exercising in a group, try our Beginner or Upper Beginner level Pilates Group Reformer or Pilates Group Mat classes for improving balance, concentration, strength and flexibility. Our group classes always consist of no more than 4 people and you are guaranteed to have personal attention.
