Posture has a major impact on how we feel every day. There are many elements which support healthy and pain-free spine: muscular balance, strength, flexibility, proper standing/sitting position and deep breathing. When all of those are in balance, you feel and look good.
During the Pilates Private Posture Correction program your instructor will first conduct the postural assessment, and then she will create your individual program to retrain your muscles and create proper muscular balance and alignment, as well as learn a special breathing technique to alleviate tension and ache from neck and shoulders.
You will use a variety of STOTT PILATES® equipment, become stronger, leaner, more relaxed, stand taller and have fun learning how to attain and keep a great posture for life.
