SmartFit Self-Gym was created to help ensure you can keep moving despite a busy schedule. We wanted to make staying fit and active easier than ever!

The basic idea? Book in for a Self-Gym session in the SmartFit studio at a time that suits you, where you can use our equipment to do your own workout. As no instructor is required to be present, you’ll have more flexibility on timings.

As for what kind of workout you do, this is up to you! Take your pick from eight KinetiCube programmes or feel free to work through your own exercise routine. You’ll have access to all of the equipment listed below, so there’s plenty to keep you busy…

  • KinetiCube (cable training)

  • Dumbbells

  • Kettlebells

  • Hand weights

  • Resistance bands

  • Foam rollers

  • MELT balls

  • Pilates balls

  • Pilates rings

  • Pilates mats

For safety reasons, we cannot allow unsupervised clients to use the Reformer, Pilates Cadillac, Pilates Chair or Arc Barrel. Please note that no instructor will be present during Self-Gym sessions. Clients exercise at their own risk.

There will be a maximum of 4 people on Self-Gym at any one time, meaning you’ll have all the space you need. You can choose to book in with friends or come alone - it’s up to you! Self-Gym slots will be available at specific times between 8.30am-8.30pm weekdays, and specific times between 8.30am-3.30pm on Saturdays.

As no instructor will be present, you are responsible for your own workout and exercise at your own risk. To ensure you can use the equipment correctly, all Self-Gymmers must complete at least 1 Private Session prior to booking Self-Gym. To book this, contact us via SMS, WhatsApp or email.
