I really enjoy training with Marina. No matter how tired I am from previous work outs, or from stress at work, I always end up more refreshed and energised after my pilates session.
I run a lot and therefore am very ‘’tight’’ all over, especially the hamstrings. Marina understands how important it is to address my tight muscles and do the necessary stretching and strengthening, so that I can continue to run effectively. I’ve truly fully benefited from my pilates training and always look forward to my Saturday class!
