Through our personalized private and small-group (up to 4 participants) STOTT Pilates and fitness programs, including rehabilitative Pilates, strength and agility building Strengthen, Stretch and Condition, mind and body Zenga and fun yet challenging ballet-style Total Barre classes, our highly experienced star trainers will help you feel amazing and achieve your goals.
We are led by a Stott Pilates Instructor Trainer and ex-athlete with more than 30 years of experience and are a dedicated Green studio: we recycle and care about keeping our planet clean.

I have history of lower back and ligament tear injury due to accident few years ago, my work requires long hour of stand and bend down, therefore it getting serious. I decided to take up a Pilate lesson after several advice from doctors and friends. I can sense the reduce in pain after 8-10 lessons, much relief from backache and hip ache! I’m really glad and definitely will continue the lesson!
My story is that I ‘am the happiest person in the world.Having found Marina was like a dream come true. I have been doing Pilates for the past 8 years. Which of 6 and 1/2 years was absolutely wasted. Marina is an absolute perfectionist, If you don’t want to work, or be worked do not attend her classes. If only I had found her 7 years ago, My posture would have been corrected, and every other little nuance tweaked.

I was urged to meet Marina & Lana of SmartFit by a friend. I sincerely wish I had done so a lot earlier than I had, as both the Pilates & Functional Training sessions have made a remarkable impact on my physical and mental being. SmartFit has introduced me to the fundamentals of fitness – such as core, strength, posture and simply moving without pain. The Pilates sessions have especially created a solid foundation on which to build other types of exercises and have taught me to master quality movement patterns first. Your experience and dedication is an important factor that clients will feel comfortable to push themselves a bit more as they feel “safe” ; which means you can judge very well their ‘limit’; having experienced injuries yourself makes you more sensitive towards physical limitations of your customers. You can demonstrate every exercise which such an ease which is encouraging (but sometimes also frustrating !) showing your flexibility and fitness.
Last but not least you seem to take pride to see progress i’ve made which is motivating.
I really enjoy training with Marina. No matter how tired I am from previous work outs, or from stress at work, I always end up more refreshed and energised after my pilates session.
I run a lot and therefore am very ‘’tight’’ all over, especially the hamstrings. Marina understands how important it is to address my tight muscles and do the necessary stretching and strengthening, so that I can continue to run effectively. I’ve truly fully benefited from my pilates training and always look forward to my Saturday class!
