FIRST THINGS FIRST…
Let’s download the SmartFit Pilates app! It is free to download on both Apple and Android phones.
Once the app has downloaded, you’ll need to create an account. Then proceed to the next step below!
+ HOW TO BOOK A GROUP CLASS IN THE SMARTFIT APP
Open the SmartFit Pilates app and make sure you are logged in.
Select your studio location.
Select "BOOK" to view the daily schedule.
Browse the available classes for each day including the instructor and class type. Tap on a class to read more about it.
Select your preferred day and/or time.
Once you have selected your class, tap ‘BOOK’ and proceed through the steps to confirm your booking.
Look out for the confirmation email from SmartFit Pilates, or view your session details under 'HOME'
+ HOW TO CANCEL A GROUP CLASS IN THE MINDBODY APP
Click on 'PROFILE'
Under 'SCHEDULE', select the class/session you wish to cancel.
Tap to agree to the cancellation on the pop-up, and you’re done!
Please Note: as per the SmartFit cancellation policy, Group Classes must be cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the start of the class, otherwise you will be charged for the session.
+ HOW TO ADD PAYMENT DETAILS IN THE SMARTFIT APP
Tap ‘Profile’ at the bottom of the screen in the SmartFit Pilates app.
Click 'WALLET' under your profile.
Click 'ADD A CARD' and input your card details.
You may now proceed with booking sessions/group classes.
+ HOW TO PURCHASE A PACKAGE?
Click on 'BUY'
Select the package you'd like to purchase.
Select your preferred package and instructor level.
Select 'Buy' to proceed with your purchase.
Check your profile, and click 'PASSES' to view your current active package.
