We have a wide variety of classes to choose from; all of which are led by our highly-qualified and experienced instructors using state-of-the-art equipment. The small group sizes ensure you get the attention you need to perform each movement carefully and safely. Your personal goals are important too, which is why our instructors will always offer adjustments and advancements when necessary, and will let you know when you’re ready to go up to a higher level of class.
