Created by SmartFit Master Trainer and Owner Marina Goddu, the KinetiCube is a one-of-a-kind cable weight machine that combines functional training, Pilates and physio. The KinetiCube is used in both circuit-style Group Classes and Private Sessions, and is ideal to help with rehabilitation, injury recovery, gaining strength and stability, alleviating pain and improving overall fitness.

Work toward a specific health or aesthetic goal using our biomechanically-balanced and scientifically-proven KinetiCube training programmes, which can take the form of:

Rehabilitative programmes that emphasise the stretching and strengthening to correct imbalances, re-training muscles to hold the body in optimal alignment and strengthening the local stabiliser muscles to hold the proper distance between the articular surfaces of the joints. Using the KinetiCube’s fusion of exercises from Functional Training, Pilates and weighted cables will teach you to master new movements and understand your body better; all while minimising any excessive loading of articular surfaces of joints.

A gradual transition from stability exercises to mobility and light to heavy load, as well as working to improve core strength, stability, agility and flexibility.

Functional training with complicated compound movements that require agility and progressive load increase. Always wanted to get in shape but struggled to find the right exercise? Looking to feel stronger or more energised, or work toward an aesthetic goal? Our SmartFit instructors are here to help challenge, motivate and educate you on how to become the best version of yourself. Private Sessions will be tailored to you, ensuring you get the most from your workout and can utilise a variety of equipment including the KinetiCube, TRX and Reformer Pilates. Alternatively, keep mixing up your workout schedule with different Group Classes such as KinetiCube Strength, Reformer Pilates, TRX and Stretch & Release to ensure you’re ticking all the boxes for cardiovascular exercise, strength-building and improving flexibility.

SmartFit Private Sessions focused on fitness for ageing place an emphasis on balance training, therapeutic exercise and muscle and joint tonus improvement and maintenance. Ideal for men and women aged 45+, you require no prior knowledge to take part. Our experienced instructors will use a variety of  STOTT PILATES® equipment to guide you through a progressive, safe and engaging session that is tailored to you. If you prefer exercising in a group, our Reformer Beginner or Pilates Mat sessions would work well, while KinetiCube Strength will help to work on your balance, concentration, strength and flexibility. Our Group Classes are always small, meaning you’re guaranteed to get the personal attention that you need.
