GROUP CLASSES
Our small Group Classes have a maximum of 6 clients per class for maximum safety and results. Take your pick from Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, high-energy options like Full Body Burn (Reformer HIIT) and Full Body Challenge (Reformer & TRX), or unique classes like Yoga-Inspired Reformer. PRIVATE SESSIONS
Held one-on-one, private sessions at SmartFit are the best way to reach your personal goals - be it to gain strength, improve flexibility, reduce pain, tone up or recover from injury. Your session will be totally tailored to your body, your goals and your individual needs, specifically designed by our highly knowledgeable instructors to ensure you get the best experience possible. It can be held on the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel or a combination of mat and apparatus, depending on your needs. Please note that private session pricing is based on instructor experience level. Workout with your friends or family in a private group Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates or TRX class that’s exclusive to you! These 3 or 4-person classes are scheduled at a time that suits you, and are tailored to your groups’s ability level and goals to ensure you all get the most from every session. Who can book a semi-private group class? Anyone, of any level! They’re particularly ideal for those who who have a fun group wanting to exercise together and keep each other accountable.
