YUNA CHOI,

INSTRUCTOR

Yuna is a fully certified STOTT Pilates instructor.

She is certified in Level 1 and Level 2 (Advanced) training through Korea’s rigorous and disciplined education system and has been practicing Pilates continuously since 2016. She has mastered the full STOTT repertoire, including all target muscles, breathing techniques, and modifications, and is also certified in ISP (Injuries & Special Populations), enabling her to work safely and effectively with clients with injuries or specific conditions.

Yuna focuses not simply on completing movements, but on how each client moves and engages their muscles. Her teaching emphasizes awareness, precision, and functional movement over surface-level execution.

She has a strong interest in pregnancy, childbirth, and the effects of lifestyle-related aging, and integrates an understanding of nutrition and daily habits into her approach. She is passionate about helping clients move better, feel stronger, and age well.

Growing up with a naturally slim body, Yuna spent much of her early life studying and sitting for long hours. After beginning her career in banking, her body gradually weakened due to a sedentary lifestyle. This led her to explore yoga and Pilates, deepening her understanding of movement, anatomy, and body mechanics.

Yuna welcomes anyone who wants to truly understand Pilates and build a consistent practice, offering clear guidance and a thoughtful, personalized approach to every client.
