Always wanted to get in shape but struggled to find the right exercise? Looking to feel stronger or more energised, or work toward an aesthetic goal? Our SmartFit instructors are here to help challenge, motivate and educate you on how to become the best version of yourself. Private Sessions will be tailored to you, ensuring you get the most from your workout and can utilise a variety of equipment including the TRX and Reformer. Alternatively, keep mixing up your workout schedule with different Group Classes such as Athletic Conditioning, Full Body Burn (Reformer HIIT) and Full Body Challenge (Reformer & TRX) to ensure you’re ticking all the boxes for cardiovascular exercise, strength-building and improving flexibility.
